Her background in real estate, client- relations, and account management has helped sellers take the leap into selling their homes. In her free time you will see Nancy with her Husband and Two Boys. She loves spending time with her family/friends and reading on the Beach!
Mary Cimafranca – Marketing Partner
Mary is a marketing genius behind Fair Offer Florida! She has a bachelor’s degree and knows marketing and real estate like the back of her hand. Mary is an amazing mother of 3 (and grandmother), she is attentive and driven in everything she does. On her off days, you can catch Mary singing karaoke at home or at the spa enjoying a much-needed massage.
Cynthia “Ann” Magnaye – Marketing Partner
Cynthia, or as she likes to go as Ann, is another one of our awesome marketing partners! She has been in the marketing and real estate industry for years and is our unofficial IT Department due to her expert knowledge with technology. She constantly delivers spectacular results for our homeowners, all while showing great compassion and kindness. When she’s not helping with buying houses you can find Ann relaxing with her kids and husband.
David Jerome – Marketing Partner
David is a part of the marketing team and has years of experience in Sales and Marketing in Real Estate. He assists in Planning & Implementing new sales plans for the team. On the side David loves to cook and bake, he even manages a local Family Pastry Store (sometimes he bakes goods for our sellers we work with)!
